Through a game with willing audience members, the performance interrogates the use of the square metre, the unit of measurement. What are the boundaries between human and inhuman in the different facets of daily life? Starting from cases of shipwrecks in the Mediterranean, the performance is built around the relationship between surfaces and people. The artistic sequences, developed like rules of the game, invite people to inhabit the space. This project was developed by Dynamis through a theatre workshop for political asylum seekers in Roma in 2015.
