This show is the second volume of Trame su Misura (Tailor-made Tales), a series of theatrical performances born of the retellings of fairy tales and stories written by Renzo Boldrini. This second volume also features two stories, that blend animated storytelling with live drawing. 
Daria Palotti’s brushes and drawings bring colour to the stage, while Renzo Boldrini’s rhymes and Roberto Bonfanti’s music and sound effects accompany the narrative.
Two stories, different in narrative dynamics and compositional choices, are united by a common theme: the extraordinary relationship between grandparents and grandchildren.
CAPPUCCETTO BANG BANG (Little Hood Bang Bang). The story of the world’s most famous little girl comes to life in a version inspired by Roald Dahl. The performance begins by following the universally known narrative path, but with an unexpected ending. A surprising tale, set in a forest frequented by technological wolves and grandmothers with healthy appetites and heads lighter than a cloud.
C’ERA UNA VOLTA … PIENA DI STELLE (Once Upon a Time…Full of Stars). Inspirated by Gianni Rodari’s Passeggiata di un distratto (The Absent-minded Man’s Walk), this tells the story of Grandpa Stefano, who can read the magical book of the sky. A story visible only to those who possess a special ability: knowing how to daydream.
